*This policy is designed to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our shipping procedures & policies. By ordering from this store, you accept these terms.*
Order Packing
- All orders are packed with care to insure your LEGO is safe during the shipping process.
- Minifigures are stored individually, in heavyweight 4 mil 2x3" poly bags.
- All orders [even if you order 1 item] ship in 7x5x5" 32 ECT, corrugated boxes & use 100% recycled Kraft paper for cushioning.
- This is ideal because it helps keep shipping rates low while still keeping your LEGO safe regardless of the destination.
Back Order
- Some items may be available for purchase while not in stock.
- Back orders allow for you to secure an items so you don't have to worry about them being out of stock.
- When an item is back ordered, it has been ordered by Imperial Brickz and will ship out upon arrival.
Shipping & Delivery
*This applies to orders placed in the United States, international shipping costs & timelines will vary.*
- Flat rate $5.99 shipping in the U.S., Free Shipping on all orders $150 and Above.
- Orders placed through our website usually ship within 5-7 business days although times may vary.
- Transit time can be between 4 to 8 business days Mon to Fri within the USA.
- International shipping is available to most countries. If you have any issues feel free to reach out.
Tracking
- Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 1-3 business days of the above processing time, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
Tax
- All orders sent to customers are exempt from additional duties and taxes.
Order Cancellation
- Your order will be refunded if it’s canceled before the shipping label is purchased however, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
- Please email us at: imperialbrickzhelp@gmail.com, if you want to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
Change Address or Phone Number
- If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at: imperialbrickzhelp@gmail.com, and update us with the new delivery address.
- After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit.
- When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded.
